I got too excited to order and got the brown sugar milk not thinking if there was any tea, but it was so delicious and the boba was perfect -- a good chew and flavor. Went back the next day to try the black milk tea, 50% sweet and it was perfect as well. A very nice, strong tea flavor, and real milk. Highly recommend! Also tried the little banh mi which were delicious. Great bread.

Phuc Long always seems to be open, starting at 8am daily. Stop by on weekend afternoons, to snag the Crunchy Breadsticks (Banh Mi Que) in either regular or spicy. Expect a 15-minute wait for this cafe item. Amazing vibes in this shop always and enter from the main or rear entrance depending on where you're able to find parking!
I love their peach black tea and banh mi que! Price point is a little high, location and ambience takes us back to Vietnam but with an American pride tag. Staff here are friendly but service may be a little slow depending on when you visit. This place definitely gets busy on weekends because of its ambience, so plan accordingly.
Parking: Tight & Limited Store: Popular place! Entrance is HIGH energy if soccer or the tv is on for the audience in front of the store. Seating: There is several seating for small groups no bigger than 3 afaik. If you like a place to work with high energy, this is the place. Very professional and looks systematically successful. No crazy workers with political agendas here.
